A whisk

A bowl or container with preferably rounded corners for the whisk to reach in

A ladle

A pan (ideally non-stick)

Preparing the mixture
- Pour the flour and all the eggs in the bowl. Add around 50mL of milk. Mix with the whisk until all flour lumps have disappeared.
- Progressively add the rest of the milk and keep whisking.
- Let the mix rest in the fridge for 30 minutes. You can skip this step and go straight to the cooking phase if you are hungry.
Cooking
- Heat the pan on medium-high heat.
- Spread a little bit of oil in the pan.
- Use the ladle to pour the crepe batter onto the pan.
- Rotate the pan with your wrist so that the batter cover the whole surface.
- Wait for it to cook, turn the crepe around with the spatula and cook the other side.
- Add sugar, nutella, jam or any other topping/filling and enjoy!
