Croque Monsieur
A delicious quick snack

Preparing the mixture

50g of butter

4 slices of cooked ham

4 slices of white or wheat bread

8 x Cheeze slices
Recipe
- Prepare the Croque Monsieur by stacking the ingredients: bread-cheese-ham-cheese-bread.
- (Optional) Tie the croque monsieur together with cooking twine.
- (Optional) Cut all 4 sides of the the crust away.
- Pour the butter in the pan and set the heat to medium.
- When the butter is melted, put the croque monsieur on the pan and ensure the butter is spread on both sides of each Croque Monsieur.
- Fry each side until colored.
